There are a number of Third-Party payment services in China. In its situation, this paper examines sustainability of Alipay which is one of mobile payment services in China. We clarify Alipay's sustainability with customer satisfaction investigation through the Internet research and propose its improvement.First, we compare Alipay with WeChat-Payment which is its rival in the base of the mobile payment framework in order to reveal Alipay's competitive advantage. Our research question is "What elements impact on customer satisfaction of Alipay's mobile service?". Second, we analyze customer satisfaction investigation for multiple regression analysis grouped by sex and differences of pay amount per month. Last, we propose effective improvement for Alipay.
