The fall of elderly people accrue to various factors. The internal factor has Frailty and Sarcopenia such as the decrease of the mind and body function by the ageing phenomenon, locomotive syndrome, oral medicine. The external factor has the physical environments such as house environment, the wheelchair. The fall accident has a major influence on the physical and the psychology to elderly people. The fracture by the fall is one of the causes to become results in condition of long-term care, bedridden and disuse syndrome. For the fall prevention, Medical and Welfare Service‐Specialist Teams is required in consideration of the physical, mental and psychology situation of elderly people.
