目的:統合カリキュラムで学修した卒業生が新任期に実感する保健師基礎教育における課題を明確にし、選択制教育のあり方を考察する。方法:保健師として勤務する卒業生5名を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行い、内容を整理し分類を行った。結果:学修して役立っている内容:【基礎知識】【演習と実習での家庭訪問におけるアセスメント・計画立案・展開】【実習での健康教育の実践】【実習での経験】【看護研究演習】不足あるいは強化して欲しい内容:【特定保健指導の具体的な計画立案・指導】【乳幼児の発達におけるスクリーニング】【複合的な課題のある事例対応】【様々な事例への対応】【優先度の判断根拠】【コミュニケーション技術】考察:基礎教育の課題にある、基本を中心に対象に応じて柔軟に適用できる考え方や方法について、ロールプレイや事例検討を通して考え学びを深める具体的な体験学習の積み重ねが重要であると示唆された。| Purpose: To clarify the issues of public health nurses’ basic education as understood by graduates who have started work and who are bachelors of the integrated curriculum. Method: Focus group interviews were conducted with five graduates who work as public health nurses in order to organize the classification of the content. Results: The content classification was identified. The content that helped included basic knowledge; assessment, planning, and deployment of home visits during practical training; experience of practical training; the practice of health education during practical training; and nursing research practices. The content that they regarded as insufficient, or for which they wanted enhanced content, included specific planning and training for health guidance, screening for infant development, complex cases corresponding with problems, a variety of cases, the basis for decisions about priority, and communication skills. Discussion: Regarding the issues of the basic education, the ideas and methods that can be flexibly applied depend on the target of the basic education, and concrete experience to deepen learning, thinking through role-play, and case studies are suggested to be important.
