Business Japanese Education and Career Awareness Cultivation : A case analysis of "Para-social eperience project"

Taking students of 2011-2013 elective Business Japanese course as the object of study, this paper introduces "para-social experience project" and attempts to establish an interactive mode of curriculum teaching and independent practice, which includes the introduction of career awarenessand the cultivation of essential quality of a social man.Although the way to locate, define and interpret "Career awareness education" varies due to the distinct educational policies and training programs in universities in China, many of them haveactively carried out this practice in recent years. Based on the practice and investigation of first-line teaching, this paper explores the existing problems of business Japanese education and the effectivemethods to integrate "career awareness education" in the course teaching by studying the implementation of the "para-social experience project" combined with some follow-up investigations.
