In the present paper, we calculated the occurrence probabilities of the third year branching pattern models of two Psychotria species (Psychotria rubra and Psychotria manillensis) on Okinawa Island. As the results of our calculation, we found that some particular models had higher probabilities for P.rubra. On the other hand, the differences among the probabilities of the models for P.manillensis were small.
本稿では沖縄島に生育するボチョウジ属2種(ボチョウジとナガミボチョウジ)に対しての3年目の分枝発生モデル157個の生起確率を計算した.その結果、ポチョウジは特定のモデルが高い確率を有していたのに対し、ナガミボチョウジはそれぞれのモデルの確率の差が小さいことがわかった.
