The purpose of this paper is to examine attempts at active learning by collaboration between high schools and colleges. The model used in the class has two styles: one is a seminar style and the other is a lecture style. In the seminar style, students are required to join games in order to understand their roles in the association and make appropriate behaviors. In a lecture style, students are expected to understand the concept of the media and to try to analyze the relationships of people in photographs by using observable information. These learning methods match the needs of students who want to satisfy their intellectual curiosity in a way different from school. The result suggests that it is important to maintain the traditional dialogue education that is at the heart of university education.
