本研究の目的は,知的障害者施設実習で学生が感じる実習の充実度に影響する事前要因の分析である。知的障害者施設で実習を行った学生88名のアンケート調査から,実習終了時の充実度が低い学生群では,施設利用者への支援の困難さを強く感じていることが認められた。実習では多くの学生がコミュニケーション手段などを理由に支援の難しさを感じているが,困難を強く感じるほど,実習の充実度を低く評価する学生が多くなっている。支援の困難さへつながる実習前の要因として,交流機会の少なさ,それに伴う知的障害者へのイメージの低さが認められた。また,充実度が低い学生群では,実習後の知的障害者へのイメージ変容が他の学生と比較して低い傾向も確認された。
The purpose of this study is to analyze which factors affect satisfaction levels of students who anished their care training at the facility for people with intelectual disabilities. According to the data from the questionnaire of eighty eight students who had training at the Facility (for people with intellectual disabilities). Students who feel less satisned with care training tend to feel more difficulty to communicate with mentaly-handicapped persons using the facility resulting in inability to support them. The reason why many students have negative feelings toward supporting faculty users is because they have fewer opportunities to contact them with before their training and accordingly fail to have enough information forcreating good (or positive) images toward them. The research data also reveals that students who feel less satisfied with training also tend to feel rnore difficulty to change their negative image about the facility users.
