Personnel evaluation system properly evaluates the efficiency of human resources for the company, and it is a very important system for assessment and treatment. However, it is difficult to ascertain whether the operation of a personnel evaluation system is actually successful, or satisfactory. It is occurred by that system," a person" evaluates" another person". In other words," other people" conduct personnel evaluations on a quantitative and objective basis, giving rise to operational problems in the system that are difficult to resolve. Through an analysis of B Company personnel evaluation system, I will discuss how to improve such conditions and write a report about the operations and problems of personnel evaluation system.
