Departmental Bulletin Paper 自己省察を促すための自己評価ルーブリック導入の試み

2017 年度前期における担当授業へのルーブリック導入事例を報告する。自己評価ルーブリックへの取り組みを授業の初回と最終回に実施することにより、それが学生の自己省察、教員の教育方法の検討・改善につながる点で大変貴重な機会となりうることを確認した。特に同一内容で担当者の異なる科目間での結果比較は、各教員の授業改善を多角的に行える有意義な試みと評価された。さらにルーブリックに関する意識調査の実施によって学生側の認識を確認することで、誤差を最小限にとどめることが可能となることが示唆された。また、ルーブリックの導入は授業のみならずプロジェクト活動においても有用であることを検証した。
 This article reports an attempt to introduce self-assessment rubrics for junior college & university students of the classes in the first term of the year 2017. Self-assessment rubrics were applied in the first and last sessions of the curriculum, and it is verified that the rubrics could provide a very valuable opportunity for students to reflect themselves, as well as they could encourage the instructors to consider and improve their teaching methods. Especially, the rubrics were effective to compare the results of different instructors who teach the same subject, leading to the multi-directional improvement of teaching by each instructor. In addition, it is indicated that questionnaires for students about the rubrics could minimize the differences of understanding between students and teachers. It is also verified that the introduction of self-assessment rubrics was effective not only for classes but also for project- based learning activities.
