 The authors held a semi-structured interview with 8 workers from 3 welfare institutions for elderly people that have been run even after the Great East Japan Earthquake, to hear about their experiences before, during and after the earthquake. The authors performed a hierarchical cluster analysis and a co-occurrence network analysis using the text mining software KH Coder, for frequent words used more than 45 times, which were extracted from the obtained data. In the hierarchical cluster analysis, the authors studied the 4 clusters: "looking back at anti-disaster measures before the earthquake", "Thoughts for houses and families and information", "Protecting users in the state of confusion after the occurrence of the disaster" and "Accepting a large number of people and responding to them". In the co-occurrence network analysis, "facilities", "evacuation" and "people" were positioned at the center, and an experience of a worker struggling over accepting evacuees was extracted. In addition, a workers' experience of overcoming the disaster while being worried about the safety of their family members were also extracted. The needs for measures considering the possibilities of accepting local people at the time of disasters and the needs for responses to workers who suffered from the disaster during their working hours and do their duty to cope with the disaster while being worried about their family members with less information in their hand were suggested. 東日本大震災を経験し, 現在まで運営が継続されている高齢者福祉施設3 施設に勤務する8 人の福祉職員に, 震災前, 震災時, 震災後の体験を明らかにする目的で, 半構造化面接を実施した. 得られたデータを, テキストマイニングソフトKH Coder を用い, 45 回以上の頻出語を対象に, 階層的クラスター分析と共起ネットワーク分析を行った. 階層的クラスター分析では, 「震災前の災害対応を振り返る」「家や家族への思いと情報収集」「発災後の混乱の中で利用者を守る」「大勢の人を受け入れて対応する」の4 つのクラスターが構成された. 共起ネットワーク分析では,《施設》に《避難》してくる《人》が中央に位置しており, 避難者の受け入れについて苦慮していた職員の体験が抽出された. また, 家族の安否を心配しながら震災時を乗り越えた職員の体験が抽出された. 福祉施設では, 災害時に地域の人などを受け入れる可能性があることを想定した対策の必要性と, 勤務中に被災し, 少ない情報の中で家族を心配しながら災害対応に従事している職員への対応の必要性が示唆された.
