Presentation Precise Measurement of Delbruck Scattering Using Polarized Photon Beams

We have shown near isolation of Delbrück scattering from other processes using linearly polarized photon beams for photon energies above the electron-positron pair creation threshold. For energies below the threshold only virtual pairs contribute to scattering. We present scattering amplitudes for energies below the threshold and show the scattering can be further isolated for given material targets using soon to be available LCS gamma ray sources.
