Presentation 粒子線照射を用いた鉄系超電導体における臨界電流増強とギャップ関数の同定

In order to get some insight into the symmetry of the superconducting orderparameter in iron-based superconductors (IBSs),the effect of 3 MeV H+ -irradiation on the superconducting transition temperature,Tc, andresistivity, p, are studied in Ba(Fe1-xRux)2As2 single crystals with various doping levels.Obtained results are compared with the previous results on Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 and (Ba1-x Kx)Fe2As2. We also studied the combinedeffect of 3 MeV H+ -irradiation and heavy-ion irradiation on the critical current density,Jc,in Ba0.6K0.4Fe2As2 single crystals.
