There is a liquid-electrode dipping process in the manufacturing of small ceramic condensers. This study aims at to improve the process in ultrasonic vibration assisting. At the first step of the study, we clarified that surface tension and viscosity are reduced by introducing the ultrasonic vibration into the liquid electrode.
