We are trying to develop a material-binding peptides design method based on the result of a zeta-potential of material for bottom-up process. We have revealed the importance of charge amino acids to adsorption to metal materials. The elucidation of adsorption forces of charge amino acids are necessary to develop the design method. We use designed peptides containing a charge amino acid to reveal adsorption forces. The adsorption force of amino acids are measured by an ionic exchange chromatography and an atomic force microscope (AFM). Here we report the importance of charges of peptides and materials.
