Departmental Bulletin Paper インクジェット法を用いたマイクロウェルを有するマイクロ流体チップの作製(学内特別研究および国外研修)

Using an ink-jet process, microfluidic chips having arrayed microwells as the comp onents were fabricated and the chips were evaluated in terms of the performance of fluid introduction. The observation results by a scanning electron microscope and a confocal laser microscope showed that the microchannels and microwells had the sizes designed, respectively. Two kinds of fluids introduced into the fabricated chips formed two -phase laminar flow in the selected conditions.
