It is important for the quality improvement of teacher training to tackle improvement fullness of a teacher training course. When training practice power,such as course instruction,student instruction,and class management,in teacher training especially,the meaning and the role of practice teaching are very large. This research examined fundamentally the state of the practice teaching performed in this study for a long time. Specifically improvement of the subsequent questionnaire about practice teaching ,guide creation of practice teaching and video instruction of the open class were carried out. The result verified improvement in respect of the posture to a student's training ,volition,and a result. A new process of student teaching was established based on these practice.
