The purpose of this study is to investigate the job-hunting stress and stress coping of femalejunior college students. Participants were 59 female junior college students. They answered theJob Search Stress Scale and the questionnaires regarding problem focused coping. As a result,“not knowing the right profession” was stressful for the subjects. They tend to cope with jobhuntingstress by considering what to do more than taking action to get information or to solvethe problem.
