Description
We show that large chemical potentials of MeV dark matter yield significant reduction of the effective number of neutrinos in a multi-compornent MeV dark matter scenario. If there are keV dark matter and/or sterile neutrinos, the effective number of neutrinos can be consistent with the cosmological data.
