In this paper, through the questionnaire survey of the Korean language at Okayama Prefectural University, I studied the improvement of Korean language education method and the direction for learner-centered education. As a method of composing of a new curriculum and learner-centered education, I proposed introduction and utilization of Korean Hallyu content and e-learning and education of language and culture collaboration. Also, I proposed for establishing the utilization of e-learning as learning support content for outside utilization from class,it is important to develop learning support content.
