Physical activities are known as improving physical strength and developing the informationprocessing capability of human species. Accordingly, Sport Education and Physical Education considerably contribute to physical and psychological development as well as enhancement and maintaining of health; however, learners might hate playing sports if they were forced to be under an inappropriate competitive environment. Therefore, it is worth that introduces a perspective of Outdoor Education of which experiences immediately function even in a case of disaster into Physical Education with respecting the student-selves and the others in order to respond the concern. The purpose of this research is to examine the possibilities of Seamanship Education as an innovative material of physical education (among the Outdoor Education). Especially focusing on a cruise-teaching which does through Safe Education and enhances survival skills on sailing boats.
