A purpose is to clarify how a morality class can contribute to the issue of bullying of the elementary school child.The thing that became clear was a priority attitude survey of the contents item of the morality that I carried out for 241 people in their 50s from primary school teacher 20 generations, and “judgment,autonomy, freedom and responsibility of the A right and wrong” and [C fairness, fairness,social justice] were what was made much of. In addition, the morality class that combined experience―like learning with solution to the problem―like learning based on an item of same as above was what effect could show more. A problem is development and an evaluation of the morality document which considered the stages of development of each school year.
