Theoretical framework of interrelationship between subject education and character education : From Active Learning perspective

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the theoretical framework for an interrelationship between subject education focused on Active Learning (AL) and character education. The researchers particularly explore the aspects of active character education in the AL teaching lesson designs offered by Nagasaki (2017). There are theoretically possible overlapped between AL and character education that both aimed to develop social skill and judgment ability. The further theory into practice consideration is required in the next step.
