会議発表用資料 The Validity of Victimhood in Native and Non-Native Discourse

Rivers, Damian

内容記述
Paper presented at the Sociolinguistics of Globalization: (De)centering and (De)standardization International Conference, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
This panel presentation explores how processes of bifurcation within educational research, academia and lived experience function to deprive individuals from being recognized beyond static categories of classification. The four presentations unite behind a common desire to move applied linguistics beyond bifurcation in order to realize a vision of reality better reflecting the muddled complexity of the sights and sounds of our sociolinguistic surroundings.
