Thermally stable structures are essential component to realize advanced quality of observation for future satellite missions. In this paper, recent structural technologies resolving deterioration of observation performance due to thermal deformation, which are currently under development by JAXA, were summarized. A concept of sensor-integrated space structures was included in this study. In addition, upgrading testing facilities was discussed as an example of the precise measurement technique.
