大島, 一二

Chinese agricultural production has been developed under the marketopening reform policy started in late 1970's. Comparing to the other crops, the fruit and forestry production have made remarkable progress and lead to great amount of domestic sales. People can buy these production with considerably inexpensive prices in China. Apples, citrus fruits, pears and bananas especially expanded the production, jujube trees, chestnuts and mushrooms as well. Especially, fruits expanded the production as much as 25 times within about recent 20 years. Now Chinese fruit and forestry have the following problems; 1) Rapid expansion of the production caused overproduction and stagnant prices in several products such as apples. 2) Frequently, farmer's profits are violated in China because of insufficient public distribution sector such as cooperatives. Those situations will be discussed in this paper.
