Succession of Business Supports and Their Business Supports Structures : Grope in Policies Change Period for Succession of Small Business

Succession of business on enterprises are the serious problem in areas that not problems as continuation, but the enterprise of one company just exists at present. It's tied with social losses that enterprises with importance of existence abolishes closure or specific business by reasons as successor absence in areas. Japanese government has begun to look for possibilities of the succession of the business including employees and third persons as well as the succession of business by relatives in view of such situations. If it's a big policy change, this is caught. In other words, it's because Japanese government has begun to view succession of the business by all except for relatives from succession of the business by the relatives who have continued continuously up to now. It's the "Business Handing over Support Center" installed in each urban and rural prefectures to become central existence of such policy change. This paper argued the activity by this engine was taken up in the center and it was considered about problems through interviews and possibilities.
