Effects of training under normobaric hypoxia environments in continuous measurement of hemoglobin

In this study, about the effect that normobaric hypoxia training gives to the hemoglobin change that is one of the physiologic replies in a university competitive swimming, we examined hemoglobin by a noninvasive method continuously an each person. As a result, we found that the subjects whom hemoglobin significantly increases in normobaric hypoxia training group and the subjects who are not almost found a change turned out, and did not reach it before supported a utility of the normobaric hypoxia training itself. As a result of having analyzed it in all subjects individually, an individual difference was found in a change of the hemoglobin. As an observation method of the physiology reply that it is preinclination such as normobaric hypoxia environments exposures on the level ground before the altitude training to continuously measure hemoglobin, and necessary it was thought that it could be one effective method to measurement an each person as judgment materials about the daily training situation easily.
