In this study, it was hypothesized the participation of a school nurse teacher as a coordinator at a high school may affect assessment. In order to test this hypothesis and clarify the reasons for this, we sent a questionnaire survey to 526 school nurse teachers at full-day high schools in the Chugoku and Shikoku region and analyzed the results from 184 of the 229 responses received (collection rate 43.5%). From “Coordination Behavior Ability 2” as a starting point, the effects of “Coordination Behavioral Ability 1”,“Management of Records”,“Collaboration within School”where measured by means of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicated that “Effective Assessment” is influenced by three factors, and that of these three, the order of "Coordination Behavior Ability 2" to "Coordination Behavior Ability 1" and "Record Management" had the greatest influence with an indirect effect of 0.478. Through this study, it was determined that the understanding and evaluation between teachers and guardians and the continuous exchange of information is influenced by the network making and management of the organization, and within this relationship, it was confirmed that the management of records influences effective assessment.
