Description
Railway service is the business with much more regulations and limitations than manufacturing and other service industries. The most important matter for railway companies is safety and also appointed hour services, and it is not so valuable to present their customers differentiating services from competitors. But various activities with ingenuity, which add some values to their transport services, have seen gradually in the marketing of the local railway companies. This report is presenting the local railway companies`marketing activities and trying to apply the proposition of Seimiya(2004) “The business strategy and activity which are chosen autonomously and positively contribute to various favorable results” to the local railway companies`marketing, and also aiming to explore some implications to the business analysis.
