Description
This report is presenting a preliminary essayabout the Customer Ownership which is relatedconcept of the Service Profit Chain. I'mpresenting example of Customer Relationsformed by Isumi Railway Co., Ltd.. And finally,I`m proposing a hypothesis that "Shikake" and"Ba no Settei" would be necessary in order tobreed the the Customer Ownership while acquiringCustomer Satisfaction and Royalty.("Shikake" which means a device to promote,and "Ba no Settei" which means the setting ofthe opportunity and the place to promote.)
