In this paper, business deployment by food company, Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. is discussed on. This company has moved aggressively into overseas operations. Especially, sales in Asian nations has increased for several years. The authors focused on the sales strategy. A representative example is to take different sales strategies, over-the-counter sales and at-home sales based on their regulation and cultures. Through their business deployment, this company has achieved not only sales success but also increase of women’s job opportunities and health enhancement for poverty group. Based on their actions and achievement in developing countries such as Asian nations, the authors discussed about their worldwide deployment.
