Plasma activated liquids (PALs) generated by emerging plasma source are receiving a lot of attention in biomedical applications since the antibiotic activities for bacteria and cancer cells. It is open reported that the reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) in the liquids induced by the interaction between emerging plasma and ambient air, and the RONS diffused into liquid. In this work, we focused on how to enhance the production rate of RONS and suggested a usage of micro-sized orifice for gas jet.
