 Factor structures and reliability of scales for assessing support from friends, class functions,adjustment to the classroom, and the tendency for bullying were investigated through factor analysis. The results indicated that the scales for assessing support from friends and class functions had an identical factor structure to scales developed in previous studies, though we excluded oneitem. Moreover, both scales had high reliability. The scale for assessing class life satisfaction had an identical factor structure to a previously developed scale, and high reliability. Furthermore, the scale assessing the tendency for bullying had an identical factor structure to a previously developed scale and adequate reliability.
