Actual condition and problems of acquiring students' cooking skills

The purpose of this study is to train teachers who can teach cooking practice at home economics. Various skills are necessary to conduct cooking training, and the most basic skill is measurements. All university students learned measurement skills from the elementary school to the high school. Nevertheless, it could not be said that measurement skills were sufficiently acquired. Also, explanation to others was not enough. In order for students to be able to teach with confidence, it is necessary to grasp their measurement skills and practice to explain to others. In the teacher training course, students must let you experience a measurement positively aiming at improvement of the leadership with or without facilities.
