The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of problems the people who took refuge from Fukushimaprefecture to Akita prefecture had, such as child-rearing or education problems so on. Because five years havepassed since the earthquake happened, the author heard the detail of their situation or view from the mothers whoare still in Akita prefecture and returned to Fukushima prefecture or the neighboring prefecture, finally analyzedthe result. Although there was the difference of choosing whether they returned or not, the interviewees felt theirexperience in Akita positive, at the same time they made up their minds to live autonomously from this tryingexperience.
