Conference Paper リアルタイム内部温度分布可視化システムの構築

Internal temperature imaging system based on a real-time simulation concept is proposed. This system was constructed by combination of a LabVIEW monitoring system and a thermal simulator written with MATLAB. Internal temperature distribution was simulated simultaneously from monitored surface temperature. This system achieves non-destructive analysis of power devices in operation.
