The Practical Epistemology on Educational Administration : The Learning in Action for Colleague-mutualism and Social Adaptation

The author is holding an additional post of a special support school, and aims at that a school does coworker symbiosis with social adaptation. Social adaptation and coworker symbiosis are that a teacher learns actively and agrees on an organization (behavioral pattern) change through mutual relationship. The author has influenced active-learnings to the teachers, being based on the exchange of opinions with the off-campus stakeholders. This voluntaristic paper describes the author's coordination and some critical recognition in action.
