The Analysis of the Learning Mechanics of “a Case Conference Simulation Program": Inter Professional Education Expectation of College of Education

Currently, Japanese school is under the necessity of collaborations of professional such as school counselors, school social workers and other specialists. Therefore, this study takes “a case conference simulation program (Ibaraki, Morita, Suzuki, 2015)" as Inter professional education in the field of education for students taking elementary school teacher's course students (N=10) and school nurse course students (N=13). In addition, we consider the leaning mechanics as analytical subject of its discussion. As a result, students carryout the case conference by the conference paper (Osaka Prefectural Board of Education, 2006). They have difficulty in analyzing the multiple information, planning the support plan and dividing of roles on the goal. Students appreciated the case conference, clients and several specialists through the connection of their experiences and knowledge with this conference information.
