本実践研究の目的は,教員免許更新講習の科目と教職大学院での科目を連動させることで,教職大学院の教育と現職教員の研修を有機的につなぐことにある。連合教職大学院生が「ICT活用」の先進的な事例を調査・収集・分析を行うとともに,教員免許更新講習へその内容を提供する。それらを踏まえ,教員研修内容に教育実践事例を効果的に取り入れる方策を考察するという実践的研究である。事例紹介に当たっては,全国の特色ある事例だけでなく,教職大学院に参画している大阪教育大学や近畿大学の附属学校の教員による先進的な授業実践も紹介した。
The main purpose of the study is to explore how to interlink between a course subject of the professional school and a professional development seminar. The post graduate students in the United Graduate School of Professional Teacher Education widely research and gather the advanced practical cases on ICT education in the class sessions. Their gathered information is used for the Seminar of Statute Renewal of Teaching License as a seminar material. That is a practical research leading to include practical materials to a seminar for teachers. The study focuses on the cases of not only nationwide predominant practices, but also advanced practices in the both schools attached to Osaka Kyoiku University and Kindai University.
