As elementary school students are prepared to function as independently as possible in least restrictive environments, it is important to ensure that they will have the skills necessary to avoid danger and to react appropriately when dangerous situations occur, such as disaster, crime and accident. This article presents that students in England have safety perception about their safety issues and safety experience from hazard. These findings indicate that, from the global point of view, the share of safety awareness and safety concerns in their safety education will provide opportunities for students to consider more ideal approaches for their safety promotion.
