This study was clarified the effectiveness and future improvement of special needs understanding educational program in K elementary school through the analysis of the questionnaire was carried out before and after class to target children. As the results of a comparison of the average score of special needs understanding educational program questionnaire before and after class, based on the developmental stage of understanding for disabilities, it was suggested that the implementation of exchange activities and collaborative learning for the purpose of attitude formation is effective. As future improvements, we will consider the appropriate prior learning, and create a questionnaire that specializes in the type of disabilities.
