Description
研究の目的は,学校における構成活動によって地域伝統文化の伝承と再構成がいかに行われるかを天神囃子の実践事例を通して明らかにすることである。まず,文献によりデューイの文化の捉え方を明らかにし,実践事例解釈の視点を得た。つぎに,地域伝統文化の構成活動の事例を「社会的知性」と「個人的知性」,および両者をつなぐ「織り込まれた知性」を視点に,伝承と再構成の関係を解釈した。最後に,地域伝統文化を構成活動として経験することの意義を考察した。デューイは文化を文化遺産ではなく「経験」すなわち「知性」として捉える。構成活動による地域伝統文化の経験は,子どもに潜在する文化の「織り込まれた知性」を発揮させることで文化の伝承と再構成の両立を可能にし,共同体意識を形成する。
The purpose of this paper is to clarify transmission and reconstruction of local traditional culture through constructive activity in school.The procedure is to consider Dewey’s conception of culture, to interpret the case study of the constructive activity of Osaka Tenjin Festival Music from the perspective of social intelligence, individual intelligence, and “embodied intelligence” which links a relationship between the two, and to consider the significance of experience of local traditional culture through constructive activity in school. The conclusions are as follows. 1. Culture is the product of prolonged and cumulative interaction with environment by Dewey. The social intelligence is embodied in the situation of interaction. The function of culture is to reconstruct both social and individual. And the role of school education is to transmit and reconstruct culture. 2. The experience of local traditional culture through constructive activity can ensure compatibility between transmission and reconstruction of culture by the function of embodied intelligence. 3. The experience of local traditional culture through constructive activity can generate a sense of community with social and individual intelligence.
