This study was clarified the aspects of the developmental stage of special needs understanding in each grade for the creation of systematic special needs understanding educational program. As a result, the third-grade children didn't reach “Stage 4: Attitude formation stage”, but the number of children that reached “Stage 4: Attitude formation stage” tended to increase from the fourth-grade to the sixth grade. In the future, we will need to set the target, and choose contents of learning based on the aspects of developmental stages of special needs understanding.
