This study was verified effectiveness of “Presentation skills” based on the learning needs of students with developmental disabilities in higher education institutions. In the lecture, multimedia DAISY book were utilized to provide students with reasonable accommodation. Through the course of the lecture, the amounts of description in resume and the number of utterance in the group discussion were increased, transformation was observed in the target student. And, it was suggested that utilizing multimedia DAISY book manufactured on the basis of learning characteristics of reading of the target student were provided students with reasonable accommodation.
