This research is one which tries to improve class practice power, deepen the understanding of class practice by the student teacher, and compose three reflection conferences, “a diagnosis,” “a formative conference,” and “a general conference,” during the student-teaching period. The research began to be practiced in 2011, but improvements have been added, such as placing a conference in the practice period, group organization about the conference, and the introductionof the adviser in regard to the conference. As a result, the research is verifying the effect of the reflection program.
