Consideration on Registered Dietitians Education as Seen from the Dietary Behavior of University Student

As a registered dietitian profession corresponding to the health and nutrition problems, knowledge and technology that are required by the active region is various, but reduction of basic “menu, cooking of knowledge and technology” has been pointed out recently. In order to grasp the actual situation, we analyzed the answers of a registered dietitian training course third year female students (n=94). In the “awareness and attitudes towards menu planning”, consciousness is high who was recognized the relevance shows the high involvement in implementation group of cooking, etc. at home. Aggressive involvement at home, raise awareness of menu planning, I thought to affect the improvement of knowledge and technology. Also, in the “eating habits”, skipping rate of breakfast is high, actual situation of dinner biased becomes clear, the need for comprehensive health education in management dietitian training course has been suggested.
