We have surveyed the questionnaire about the safe consciousness of school teachers in Japan in order to examine the characteristic of sahety locus of control elementary & junior high school teachers and clear the relationship between those characteristics with their consciousness about safe activities that contribute more safe conditions to their Japanese students. Yhe subject was 115 school teachers who belonged to elementary & junior high school in Tokyo, Nara, Hiroshima & Kochi. By the factor analysis about Questionnaire of their safety locus of control, 3 factors of "escape from danger actively", share of information about danger" and "trust in protection from neighborhood" were extracted. And the rate of factor score of "share of information about danger" have relation with teacher's consciousness about activities for making safe environments that their students are surrounded more safe by themslves. Furthemore, results of this survey suggested that teachers thought the sense of "share of information about danger" were related to the congnition of "collaboration for safety by students themselves". In conclusion, school teachers in Japan thought that enforcement of self-effecacy & co-effecacy of students were important and dffective in the development of the sustainable safety education for students.
