The purpose of this study is to conduct an introductory analysis of indexes of corporate recruitment power. Indexes are necessary to analyze the outcome of recruitment behavior. Although a companyʼs popularity can be an indicator of its recruiting ability, only popularity is insufficient. The skill and ability of students who join a company is also important, and companies must work hard to retain this resource. Using nation-wide survey data of students and companies, we present new indicators of recruitment behavior in this study.
