After analyzing the documents of the “Ger” areas redevelopment project, observations, interviews with over 500 people who are participated in the project. I have achieved the following conclusions. There are many problems that development entities face when negotiating for each property. In many situations there are more than one family lives within a property land, In which case only one family can make the contract. Due to the urban redevelopment project in the first time in Mongolia, there are insufficiencies such as technology and experience of administrative agencies, perceptive of residents regarding the project. However, In these 3 years from when project started it was successfully evaluated from all participants and very high overall.
