The purpose of this study is to inspect the wind and heat environment in the current situation and the future plan. And it is to inspect the wind and heat environment improvement effect by improvement plan considering building and tree. As a result of the inspection, the following three point were suggested. 1. It was shown that wind circulation improves when ratio of the pitch of building interval to the building lengthis about 55%. 2. It was suggested that by setting building arrangement in a staggered arrangement, the wind speed ratio is reduced and the building wind is suppressed. 3. It was suggested that trees planted in front of the building are alternately planted in shrubs and tall trees in a state that the buildings are arranged in a zigzag manner, thereby affecting the wind and heat environment improvement effect.
